SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
This License Agreement is a legal agreement
between you (either an individual or a business) and PerlCoders Group for
the accompanying software and documentation for PerlCoders Products. By purchasing and
using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement.
PerlCoders Products software LICENSE
This License Agreement grants you
the following rights:

GRANT OF SALE

Installation and Use. You may install
and use one copy of the PerlCoders Products software on one computer/website unless
buying a multi-site license. This does not apply to annual memberships.

Reproduction and Distribution.
You may not reproduce and/or distribute any copies of the software without the written
consent of the publisher.

Membership Status
Members of our site are annual and receive additional benefits as described in the member
license agreement in the members area. This agreement gives them full access to all free
to members scripts for the period of their member status. Memberships to this site are
yearly (annual) and are not to be confused with certain sites "Lifetime" memberships.

Support Status
Members and Purchasers with support are granted free first installation, and any code related
issues that may arise. This is the extent of our support. We do not teach you to be a webmaster,
and we do not teach you the basics of how to run a business or website.

DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

Limitations on Recompilation and Disassembly.
You may recompile and disassemble the software at your own risk.

Separation of Components. The software is sold as a single product. Its components
may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

Termination. Without prejudice to other rights, PerlCoders Group may terminate this
license agreement for any reason. In such an event, you must remove all copies of the
software and all of its components.

Refunds No Refund will be issued when the script is installed and working properly as
stated in the scripts information pages, scripts that are installed and working properly are
the extent of our responsibility. Making the script look and feel like your site is a matter
of editting simple HTML templates and is fully the purchasers responsibility. If you like,
we can refer you to decent web designers who can do your templates for you. PerlCoders is not
affiliated with these designers, other than knowing they have done this for other clients.

Custom Work Please be advised in the event a custom job is not completed or late, only
the payment(s) made specifically for the code shall be subject to refund. No other punitive or
otherwise damages incurred shall be our responsibility. If payment made was for multiple parts,
IE: html, or graphic design, integration of third party software, etc., only the unfinished
parts are subject to refund or compensation not to exceed the price of the unfinished parts.
Deposits Deposits on custom work are non-refundable if the work has already been started
by the assigned coder.

LIMITED WARRANTY

NO WARRANTIES. PerlCoders Group expressly disclaims any warranty for the software. The
software and any related parts are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express
or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties, or fitness for any purpose.
The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the software remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
In no event shall PerlCoders Group be liable for any damages whatsoever (including,
without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption,
loss of business information, or any other loss) arising out of the use of or inability
to use the software.

MISCELLANEOUS.

PAYMENTS DUE. All license and usage fees
shall be paid in full, either on or before the said due date set forth by your initial
purchase agreement for the PerlCoders Products software. Non payment will result in the
termination of this license agreement, in which such event, you must remove and destroy
all copies of the PerlCoders Products software and all of its component parts.

CANCELLATION/REVOCATION OF LICENSE AND RIGHTS.
In the event that PerlCoders Group deems it needed to cancel this license agreement for whatever
reason, generally being the issuance of a refund or due to fraudulent chargeback, purchaser has no rights
to the software, documentation, or anything else pertaining to the product. In the event our technicians
time was taken to install said software as an ongoing concern, you also hereby give our techs prior
permission to remove our products. Please note that it will be considered a breach of this licensing to
attempt to coerce any employee(s) away from our group.
